      Psoriasis has a multifactorial nature, and the causes and mechanisms of its development have not yet been discovered. Therefore, it should be treated not by one approach, but in several different ways. My doctor recommends a diet, moisturizing creams and narrow-band UV-therapy.

      I suffer terribly when I am under the stress, since psoriasis plaques appear very quickly on the skin of the knees and elbows, and also on the extensor surfaces. Nothing really helps, except for massage and narrow-band UV-therapy.
