It is not very pleasant to touch the skin covered in plaques. For me narrowband UVB light was more effective than PUVA.

    2. Riddhi Bajracharya says:

Is it possible to combine UVB narrow band with phototherapy and massage? And if not, how long be the break between them?

    3. Ohona Joti says:

I’ve been having massage sessions for about a year now. My massage therapist uses special oils which helps me to relax and forget about any discomfort. The most remarkable thing is that the effect lasts during some time after the massage. I hope with the UV lamp the effect will last even longer.
