If you have psoriasis, it is important to be in the sunlight as often as possible. But be aware of the strong sun. If there isn’t enough sunlight in your climate zone or it is very strong, then you should definitely use phototherapy for treatment.

  2. Sudha says:

I used to think that phototherapy is harmful. After all, ultraviolet rays affect the skin. But now I understand – it gently acts upon the skin, so it’s absolutely safe!

  3. Abhi Mandal says:

It is better to use phototherapy as a treatment for skin diseases than just walk under the sun. Ultraviolet can be very dangerous. You can be under the sun only until 11 a.m. and after 3 p.m. Moreover, you should use sunscreen cosmetics, and not everyone can apply it if one has psoriasis or eczema.
