      If you have psoriasis, it is important to be in the sunlight as often as possible. But be aware of the strong sun. If there isn’t enough sunlight in your climate zone or it is very strong, then you should definitely use phototherapy for treatment.

      I used to think that phototherapy is harmful. After all, ultraviolet rays affect the skin. But now I understand – it gently acts upon the skin, so it’s absolutely safe!
