How to Order

Visit our Order Online page to make your purchase through our secure online ordering system in just a few steps. We accept all major credit cards, or you can make a purchase through PayPal.

If paying by credit card, ensure that you enter your Name and Billing Address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.  For payment security purposes, order must ship to the billing address.  Payments made using PayPal can ship to a different location by adding the alternate address to your PayPal account. (Only payments that are confirmed and verified in our payment gateway will process for shipping.)

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours on regular business days

ATTN CANADA RESIDENTS:  Due to Canada Dept. of Health regulations, we are currently unable to sell/ship to Canada.

For U.S. orders:  Approximate delivery time after order processing is 4 to 6 business days (customs processing may delay delivery by a few days)  direct from the manufacturer.

For orders placed in Europe, UK, Australia, Asia and other countries: Our UVB Lamp products are shipped via FedEx, EMS or TNT couriers direct from the manufacturer.  Shipping takes approximate 4-9 business days following order processing; customs processing may delay delivery by a few days.

Free Shipping cost does not include customs fees and other local handling charges that may be imposed.  These additional fees and charges that may be imposed through customs or local courier services are the customers responsibility.

Refused Delivery and Insufficient Address orders that are returned back to us are subject to return charges incurred, as well as shipping and restocking fees as per Return Policy.

Order Confirmation & Tracking Details Email
Immediately following order placement, an order confirmation is sent to the email address indicated in your order, and an email with tracking details is sent once shipment processing is complete. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive either or both of these emails.

Privacy & Payment Security
We are committed to keeping your personal and payment information private and secure. The payment information you share with us is for the sole purpose of completing your transaction. We may use your contact information to reach out to you for purposes related to your order, or to contact you with offers in the future. We promise to never share your personal or payment information with third parties.

EXCHANGE POLICY

To Exchange or Return an item, please contact us via email or by using the Contact form at the bottom of this page. If contacting us via email, please include your Order # in the Subject Line of the email. Exchange or Return Instructions will be emailed to you within 24 hours.

We will exchange your product:
1) If the product was damaged during shipment. Product must be returned within 5 business days of delivery. Shipping fees apply.
2) Under Warranty. Please read Service Statement below. Shipping fees apply.
We cannot exchange product for different model or voltage. If you prefer a different model or voltage, we can only process a Return. Please review Return Policy below.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We only accept returns or refund within 30 days of purchase. If you are returning your UVB lamp device, please insert Order Confirmation in the box, and provide us with the tracking number the carrier provides to you. Your account will not be credited until we we receive the device you have shipped back to us. Shipping fees are your responsibility. For a full refund, device cannot be damaged, scratched or chipped.   NOTE: A $15 Restocking Fee, and the cost of shipping the product to you will be deducted from your refund.

SERVICE STATEMENT (Warranty)
Prior to delivery, all of our phototherapy products have been carefully inspected. If product fails to work properly within 1 year after delivery, we will exchange it provided damage was not caused by: improper storage (as indicated in manual), improper use, physical damage (including by water or other liquid, fire, intentional destruction, etc.), or if the product or any of its parts or accessories are chipped, cracked, or missing. Bulb is not covered under this warranty. Proof of purchase must be returned with defective lamp. Shipping fees apply.
